In this new update of Plataformia, we bring a set of optimizations that include the following:

  1. New Payment Concept
  2. Tiers
  3. Variety of Accounts
  4. Updates to the Panel

New Payment Concept​

In the previous version, you purchased a fixed number of tokens, which you might or might not fully utilize. The new payment concept allows you to pay only for what you consume directly. In your account (Panel, "Balance" tab), you can deposit an amount in CUP according to the models you wish to use based on your needs. As your balance decreases, you can recharge with any amount you want, enabling better control over your expenses and your actual requirements.

Tiers​

As a new feature, we are introducing the concept of tiers. Each user or account will belong to a specific tier based on the amount of money they deposit. The following image specifies the details of each tier. The "Requirement" indicates the minimum amount of money that must be deposited to qualify for that tier. The "Consumption Limit" refers to the maximum amount you can consume within that tier, and "Model Access" indicates the availability of using different models according to your tier. If you wish to change your tier, you must deposit the amount shown in the "Requirement" column.

Variety of Accounts​

We introduce three main account types:

  1. Free: The user can use the models: Radiance and Spark, with a limit of 3 requests per minute for each. The consumption limit is 100 CUP. This means you will have an initial balance of 100 CUP in your account (without depositing any money), which can be spent on the models mentioned above. If this balance is exhausted, you can recharge your account with any amount you wish. To check your balance, you can do so in the Panel, under the "Balance" tab.

  2. Personal: With this option, you can deposit any amount you wish, and as you spend that balance or it runs out, you can recharge it in the Panel, under the "Balance" tab. If you want to change to a higher tier to get better benefits, you must deposit at least the minimum required amount for the tier you wish to join. For example, if you are in Tier 1 and want to upgrade to Tier 2, the minimum requirement for that tier is 5000 CUP, meaning you must deposit at least 5000 CUP to move to Tier 2. The primary goal of these account types is to allow you to spend only what you need and will actually use. There are 5 tiers, including the free tier, which vary based on the requirement, consumption limit, and model access. For more details, please refer to the table in the "Pricing" tab.

  3. Business: This account type is designed for businesses, where generally a demo is required to test a product and decide if it meets their business needs. Payment flexibility is available, always with prior agreement by our sales specialists, whose contact information we provide. This way, you can design a consumption plan and enjoy flexible payment options.

If you wish to change your account type, for example, from Personal to Business, you must contact the sales team. The Business account includes contact details for this department.
